Webster’s Collegiate defines wellbeing as “the state of being happy, healthy, prosperous.” In each issue of Full Moon Rising, this column, As Above, So Below, will begin with one of the major cycles in Nature. For example, transiting Neptune in the New Age Sign, Aquarius. Or, transiting Pluto in Sagittarius,. the sign of higher knowledge; higher knowledge in this case being religion, psychology, and philosophy.

We will discuss the implications of these cycles as they pertain to mankind and we will reveal the windows in time for their manifestation on Earth. We’ll discover how they might have an impact on us, individually as well as collectively. Yet, this column will go beyond what these various cycles and potentials, reveal. My intention is to dig deeper into the mysteries of Life and reveal how you and I are all in this Onward Into Forever process together.

So, we will use each issue’s cyclic theme as a springboard into how we individually and collectively may use these turning points in our evolution, as stepping stones for growth. We will discover many useful tools that can empower you, the reader, to more deliberately allow and co-create the joyful life your Inner Being intends for you in this physical incarnation.

There are many who would doubt that the movement of planets, the lines found on the palms of our hands, or the numbers that correspond to the letters in our names and birthdates, have any validity in the real world. And that is okay; each of us is allowed to unfold and grow at our own pace, as dictated by the Soul’s “game plan”!

One of the tools we will be using in As Above, So Below will be Transpersonal Astrology. This ties in with a fourth force, Transpersonal Psychology, which, in essence, is a blend of Psychology and Spirituality. There are two basic camps in this divine astrological life-tool. First, there is the event-centered approach, which focuses a lot on what seems to be happening to us. Then, there is the person-centered perspective, relating to third and fourth force Psychology.

From this Transpersonal Astrological viewpoint, we learn that we create our own reality, individually and collectively. We understand the ancient aphorism: The stars impel, not compel. And we feel the truth in this meaningful phrase, taken from the Talmud: Everything is foreseen, but free will is given.

Certainly one of the greatest gifts Modern Astrology has offered, is to serve as a language of Nature. It’s greatest gifts, when properly understood, are for Self and spiritual knowledge. Carl Jung called it the mother of psychology. When we learn that the Kingdom is within and when we learn to love and respect ourselves for who We really are, then, under the great Law of Attraction (As ye sow...), we attract more love and find more achievements taking place in our lives.

This column can serve as a handbook for your very own Onward Into Forever journey, revealing techniques that can be used to increase your self-picture and your belief in the statement “Ask and it is given.”

I look forward to delving deeply into As Above, So Below in the next issue of Full Moon Rising Magazine. I’ll start with a discussion of an amazing rare event which is about to take place, the exact alignment of the planet Pluto with our Milky Way Galaxy’s center. This event will take place in the sign of Sagittarius, as transiting Pluto conjoins with our Galactic Center. We’ve already seen hints of the powerful transformative experiences and events on Earth as this conjunction draws near. However, in December of 2006 and again in October of 2007, there is likely to be a some very powerful energy generated and triggered by this rare event, which takes place just once every two and a half centuries!

I look forward to sharing all of the implications of this worldchanging event, and how it parallels our evolutionary readiness for Transformation. Until the next issue of Full Moon Rising, Namaste.
