 Jo Lynne Valerie has been a writer her entire life since she began making books from paper and crayons when she was a child. She took a Bachelor's degree from SUNY Brockport in Journalism and Creative Writing and enjoyed publication of essays, articles and poetry in many mainstream publications including Woman's Day and SageWoman. In 2002 she created her own publication, Nature's Wisdom Magazine, a regional magazine that provides information on natural health, environmental awareness and the mind, body, spirit connection. Her latest work, Full Moon Rising Magazine, allows her to blend all of her passions and skills, as well as her chosen spiritual path. She resides in Upstate New York with her husband, three children, classic Witch's cat and blue-eyed Northeastern Husky.
When not cooking or reading, she gives psychic readings to clients and takes on occassional Craft apprentices. Jo Lynne is also a Certified Herbalist, Licensed Holistic Aromatherapist, Reiki Master. She has taught Aromatherapy, Numerology and Meditation; currently she is the facilitator of a WitchCraft Learning Circle of Discovery in her hometown.
